Mass is the most important celebration in a Catholic's life, which is why we must be careful about how we receive Holy Communion.
Here are some tips that can help you:
- Always arrive at church early, so you can sit in a place that is comfortable for you and have your preparation time before mass.
- Avoid wearing vulgar and short clothes. The church is the house of the Lord, and we always like to visit it in the most beautiful way possible, so it is essential that you dress as modestly as possible. Avoid wearing spaghetti strap blouses, tank tops and shorts.
- When receiving communion, receive it in the mouth, as this prevents particles from falling to the floor. (Unless the priest has warned you that it will only be given by hand, or if you have a cough or a cold)
-When the celebration is over, wait for the priest to leave with the team and then leave, and make sure he has collected all your things and trash.
- If you are interested in celebrating any type of church sacrament, from baptism to marriage, read the information available on our website. If you have any questions, feel free to call our office.
